Refund and Return Policy
Each piece of art is crafted with care and attention, and we hope you love your purchase. Since our art is often custom and one-of-a-kind,
we do not accept returns or offer refunds except in the following exceptional situations:
🐦⬛ Damages: If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving the package. We will require photographs of the damage and the packaging to assess the issue.
🐦⬛ Incorrect Item Received: In the rare case that you receive an incorrect item, we will arrange for a replacement or refund upon return of the incorrect artwork.
Shipping
U.S. orders
All packages within the U.S. are shipped with First Class USPS mail. Allow 3-5 days for the package delivery after the tracking number is sent to you via email. Please note that there are no tracking numbers for letter-type orders.
International orders
At this moment, we do not accept International orders.
Payment
Payment for any order must be made in full, in advance, at the time the order is placed.
Shop supports debit/credit cards, and Apple/Google Play payment systems.
